What is worth writing about

A figure that does not match the store page it is dated against; a store page that has moved or disappeared; a statement that goes further than the page does.

What happens to a correction

The saved reading is compared with the live page. A wrong figure is corrected and the correction dated; a page that has simply changed since the reading keeps its dated figure.

What the desk cannot answer
