What a declaration is
Data safety (Google Play) and App Privacy (App Store) are declarations: the developer fills them in and the store prints them. They are not an audit by the store; Google's page says in so many words that “the developer provided this information and may update it over time”.
MetaTrader 4 — App Store
Provider: MetaQuotes Software Corp.. The App Privacy label has 2 groups: “Data Linked to You” with 3 categories (Contact Info, User Content, Identifiers); “Data Not Linked to You” with 2 categories (Usage Data, Diagnostics).
MetaTrader 5 — App Store
Provider: MetaQuotes Software Corp.. The App Privacy label has 2 groups: “Data Linked to You” with 4 categories (Financial Info, Contact Info, User Content, Identifiers); “Data Not Linked to You” with 2 categories (Usage Data, Diagnostics).
Reading a declaration
Declarations from two stores are in two formats and cannot be matched line by line; where a line has no counterpart the grid shows a dash.
Where two rows differ, the table shows both and the text does not weigh them. They are different pages read on the same day.
What they do not contain
Nothing in a declaration says how long data is kept or who the account's legal entity is. Those questions belong to the privacy policy and the account documents, which this site did not read.
Listings that did not answer
Not every address read answered with a page. In the India view, the Google Play address for net.metaquotes.metatrader4 (answer: 404); the Google Play address for net.metaquotes.metatrader5 (answer: 404). A listing that does not answer is reported as not found in that view and is left out of the tables of figures; it says nothing about whether the app exists in another country or on another store.

What this page does not cover
Only one family of facts is read here; Requirements, Versions, Cost lines and Ratings have their own pages. The ledger also leaves out anything behind a login: identity checks, funding screens and the order ticket.

Does the store check these declarations?
The Google Play page says the developer provided them; the App Store label says the developer indicated them.
What does “linked to you” mean?
The App Store wording: the data may be collected and linked to your identity.
Where is the privacy policy?
Each page links to the developer's policy; this site did not read it.
A store page is not an account
What these pages read is the store's side: the listing. Opening a live account is a separate step with the broker, with identity checks and rules about sending money abroad that sit outside any app. Read the broker page before you decide, and do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
